Nice brilliant body with nice pale pink. Nose is bursting with hints of flowers and red fruits. The texture is soft with a nice balance between freshness, body, and red fruits aromas. An ideal aperitif, served between 8℃ and 10℃, it is also a marvelous accompaniment to grilled red mullet, fish soup, scallops, crab or fruit-based dessert such as strawberry tart.

明亮的酒体，泛着一丝淡淡的粉红色。淡淡的花香和红色水果的清香扑鼻而来。入口柔和，酒体均匀，清新而富有红色水果的芳香。一款非常理想的餐前酒，最好在8到10摄氏度饮用。与烤鱼，鱼汤，扇贝，螃蟹或者水果甜点等搭配起来相当合适。

酒园介绍
Chateau Beaulieu has been quite famous since its establishment in 1576. The hillsides here have three exposures - North, South and mainly West, which offers a perfectly diversified terrior well suited to the vine growing. In addition to the soil of a clayey-calcareous nature, a major part of the vineyards is planted on volcanic soil characterised by the presence of basalt which endows our wines with a unique quality. Currently the average age of vine reaches 30 years old and 95% of the production belongs to pink wines.

碧丽堡自1576年成立以来就是一座赫赫有名的城堡。如今拥有140公顷的葡萄园，葡萄园位于一座名叫Trévaresse死火山的火山口盆地中部，海拔达到400米，是艾克斯-普罗旺斯丘产区（Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence）中最大的葡萄园之一。葡萄园中的山丘面向3个朝向——西、南、北面，而且各个朝向接壤不同的地域，让碧丽堡的葡萄园拥有多样的风土特性。加上附近火山岩质的土壤，使得碧丽堡葡萄酒别具风格。目前葡萄园的平均树龄达到30年，出产的葡萄酒95%属于桃红酒。
